That Ordinance No. 138g8, C. F. No. 2383g4, • approved May 21, 1968, be and the same is hereby amended so as to . � � permit Davidson Company to install a fifteen (15) inch reinforcec� - concrete pipe under the alley in Block 17, City of Saint Paul, which concrete pipe shall be installed two an�. one—half feet north of the fuel tan.k described in said Ordinance I�o. 13898; provided, however, that this amending ordinance is conditioned upon the , following terms: a) All of the terms and conditions of Urdinance No. 13898, C. F. No. 238394, approved May 21.;. 1968, are incorporated herein by refer— ence, shall apply hereto, an.d this permission �. and authority is expressly so conditioned; b) The surety bond and insurance � policies submitted pursuant to- Ordinance No. 138g8 shall be corrected so as to i-nclude within its coverages the fifteen inch reinforced concrete pipe installed pursuant to this amend— ing ordinance; • • c) Davidson Company shall file its written acceptance hereof within ten (10) days after passage of this amendin.g ordinance with the City . Clerk. i� Section. 2. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary , for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
