WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment
for overtime work, and
WHERBAS, the Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized overtime work
in his department during the period from June 15, 1968 to June 28, 1968
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized to �
pay the employees who perform such overtime work in accordance with
the provisions of Ordinance No. 6446 and No. 3250. `
