Contractor, the specified date of completion ia Octob�r 1, 1967, and
Wh�reas, The Contractor has prosecuted the work dilignntly but due to
the aecessity of waiting for utility installations `ft was rwt poasible to
cooplete the contrect by said date of completion; therefore be it,�
Resolved, That the proper City Off icials be and they are hereby authc�rized
' j and directed to �xecute an anendment to �aid contract estending the time of
completion to August 15, 1968 provided how�ver, that this resolution shnll haee
no force or •ffeet unless the curetiea on the Contractor�s bond consent thereto
and file such consent in ariting with� the City Coeoptroller, and be it�
Fnrther Resolved, That the City*of Saint Paul herebq waives e�ll c-lsin for
liquidated damages and that no eagineering and inspection costs on thic project
will be charged to thn Contractor for auch eatended period.
