WHEREAS, Theodore R. Goldman, Stuart M. ' Friedell,
Sheldon A. Vermes, Peggy J. Vermes, Richard F. Sachs, Mitchel
I. Kirschbaum, Arnold L. Goldman, Albert D. Levin and Jean.ne
L. Levin have requested permission to construct a public sewer
and to construct and maintain a private water main, said public
sewer and private water main to serve part of Block 16, Battle
Creek Heights Plat 2, and part of Block 20, Battle Creek Heights
Plat 3; and
WHEREAS, The construction of the public sewer and
private water main as soon as possible is a matter of extreme
urgency and necessity to said Theodore -R. Goldman, Stuart M.
Friedell, Sheldon A. Vermes , Peggy J. Vermes, Richard F. Sachs ,
Mitchel I. Kirschbaum, Arnold L. Goldman, Albert D. Levin and
Jeanne L. Levin; and
WHEREAS, An. ordinance, C. F. No. 239207, granting per–
mission to said Theodore R. Goldman, Stuart M. Friedell, Sheldon
A. Vermes, Peggy J. Vermes, Richard F. Sachs, Mitehel I. Kirsch'baum,
Arnold L. Goldman, Albert D. Levin and Jeanne L. Levin to proceed
with the construction of said public sewer and private water main
has been prepared and introduced to the Council of the City of Saint
Paul on Jun.e 25, 1968, and has been read before the said Council,
with eventual adoption set to occur on July 10, 1968; now, there–
fore, be it ,
