WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works has a vacancy for a Civil
Engineer, and
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works and the Civil Service Bureau
has not been abte to fill the vacancy from the available qualified
personnel in the local area, and
WHEREAS, A Mr. Robert H. Scott of Ann Arbor, Michigan will be
interviewed by the Department of Public Works for this position; now
therefore be it,
RESOLVED, That the City Council hereby authorizes the reimbursement
of all pocket expenses incurred by Mr. Robert H. Scott in connection
with an interview that will serve the best interest of the City of St.
Paul and be it further�
RESOLVED, That the total amount to be paid to Mr. Robert H. Scott
in no event shall exceed the sum of $78.00 to be paid from Engineer's
Budget Fund 0201-204.
