City specifications therefor a.nd the Formal Bid #2851 of said biddert;;;
such bidder being the lowest and said bidder being reasonable and reliable,
a.nd the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draft the proper �
form of contract there�or and the proper City officials are hereby �
directed to execute said contracts on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
