RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen's Compensation Account
of the General Fund the sum of $9 ,625 .00 be paid to Irene S .
Drobinski , widow of George A. Drobinski , an employee of the
Department of Public Safety � Bureau of Fire Protection, who
died on April 26 , 1967 , from an occupational disease sustained �
during the course and scope of his employment, on behalf of
herself as dependent widow and as mother and natural guardian '
of George Richard Drobinski and Heidi Belanger, dependent
children; and to Kathleen Ann Drobinski , the sum of $300 , and
to Robert Allan Drobinski , the sum of $75 .00 , said payments
reflecting the interest of children of a prior marriage in
compensation proceedsi ,
FURTHER RESOLVED, that of the $9 ,625 .00 payable to Irene
S . Drobinski , the City shall deduct and pay to Edward G. Novak
and Robert I . Christensen the sum of $2 ,500 .00 as and for
� reasonable attorneys' fees herein, and shall pay the balance �
of $7 �125 .00 directly to Irene S . Drobinski.
