9,000 Tons BURNED LIME (Calcium Oxide), to CUTLER-MAGNER COMPANY in accordance
with City�specifications therefor and the Formal Bid #2913 of said Cutler-
Magner Compa.ny for the contract price of approximately $18.00 net ton, ma.king

amount of contract approximately $162,000.00, said Cutler-Magner Company being
a reasonable a.nd reliable bidder a.nd the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the pr,oper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby axe authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
