Whereas, In connection with the construction of sidewalks on
both sides of Edgerton St. from Nevada to Arlington, under the 1966
� Sidewalk Contract M-368, District No. 3, Wrry�Golla Contractor,
Comptroller Contract L-6837, a certain settlement has been reached
regarding the sidewalk assessment for the property at 1457 Edgerton�
Knute De Vahl , owner, and
Whereas, Under the terms of the settlement the City of St. Paul
will pay a portion of the sidewalk assessment in the amount of $34.50� � •
now therefore be it�

Resolved, That the sum of $34.50 be charged to the Permanent f
• Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 6000, Comptroller's Contract No. �
L-6837 and this same fund to be reimbursed from the City's Share of .
