• RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, mater-
ials, skills and facilities_ required to construct the RIVERVIEW DISTRICT OHIO
STREET SUBDISTRIGT TRUNK SEWER, Saint Paul, Minnesota -�to AUSTIN P. KELLER
CONSTRUG'TION 'COMPANY for the contract price of $221,873.35 (Contractor Work -
$183,992.65 �nd City Force Work - $37,880.70) (P].us Engineering & Inspection
Charge - $33,200.00, Glater Main Offsets - $1,500.00 and Water Services
Adj. - $5,000.00) in accordance with plans and specifications, and Formal
Bid �2935 of said Austin P. Reller Construction Company, such bid being
the lowest and said bidder being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper Citq officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
