AM, a Minnesota corporation, and the City of Saint Paul, said
lease pertaining to Lot 1, Block 7, Edwin Deans Second addition
to St. Paul, for a term of three years at an annual rental of $160.00,
and which property shall be used exclusively for park purposes during
the term of 'the lease.
