1 WHEREAS, Nextel Communicafions, would like to donate the use of twelve Negtel phones and air
2 time from July 16-22, 2004, estimated value of $1,000, to the City of 5t. Paul, Police Department; and

4 WFIEREAS, these phones will be used for an InternaHonal Crime-Free Multi-Housing conference; and

6 WHEREAS, the public purpose of this donation is for crime prevention in multi-housing properties; and

8 WHEREAS, the St. Paul Police Department would like to accept this donarion from Neate]
