� - � - - WHEREAS,_. Thg Charles T. Miller Hospital desires to construct
a building over vacated Iglehart Avenue between proposed Ninth Street
and the freeway ramp W-10 and,
WHEREAS, Said building will be located over existing public
sewer and,
WHEREAS, Said Hospital has ownership of all property served by �
the said public sewer and,
WHEREAS, Satd Hospital has requested, by letter to�the
Commissioner of Public Works, that the 18" public sewer located in the vacated
street described above be abandoned as a public sewer; therefore be tt
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of St. Paul upon the
recommendation of the Chief Engineer and the Commissioner of Public
Works does hereby declare the sewer in Iglehart Avenue from the connection
with a 48 inch stub at Rice Street to a. line described as follows:
"A point on the west line of Section 31 , Township 29 north, Range
22 West, distant 221 .41 feet north of the southwest corner thereof,
thence run northwesterly at an angle of 4205$'S7" for 161 .22 feet and
there terminating" abandoned for public use and be it further
RESOLVED, That as a condition for the abandonment, the said
sewer shall be bulkheaded with a brick and mortar seal made water
tight at the connection with a 48 inch stub located i� Iglehart at
�._` Rice Street. . �
