RESOLVED, that in compliance with Ordinance 13309, C.F. No. 229610
� approved August; l0, 1966, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause publi-
cation in the S;,�t. Paul Pioneer Press, St. Paul Dispatch, and the Legal Ledger
, , a notice setting the date of public hearing to be held on
June 27, 1968 in the Council Chambers of the St. Paul City Hall and Court
House at 10:00 A.M, in the ma.tter of considering the recommendation of the ,
Committee on Lands relative to making the award to the Charles T. Miller
Hospital, Inc. , based on submission of a proposal to construct a parking
ramp, having bid the appraised value of $49,400, said land being described
as follows:

Subject to the following,restriction: No access shall be permitted to Trunk
Highway No. 392, renumbered 94 from the above described real estate.
Also subject to the following restriction: No advertising signs or billboards
may be placed upon the lands, with the exception of signs placed on buildings
indicating the business conducted therein; the real estate shall not be used
as an automobile junk yard or as a repository for rubbish in any form.
Also subject to the following restriction: Nor shall any structure be erected
on that part of said land lying between the center line of John Ireland Boulevard
and a line parallel to and 132 feet southeasterly thereof, said line being the
permanent building setback line across said land; the above does not restrict any
subsurface use of the land underlying the setback, provided the surface is re-
