RESOLVBD, That the Commissioner of Public Works be aad he is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the necessary alley croasing to be recon-
structed at 'the location listed below by the Wm. Golla Masonry Co. under
his anaual Sidewalk Contract for District No. 3 known as Comptroller's
Contract No. L-7008 at a cost not to egceed $85.00 based on the unit prices
bid for six inch menolithic concrete drivewaq which cost is to be charged
against the P. I. R. FIJND - TA% ESE�T PROPERTIES.
