1 WIIEREAS, the Saint Paul Foun�atie��ugh the Chazles M. Schultz Sculpture Maintenance Fund has contributed
2$9,303.19 to the City of Saint Paul, Parks and Recreation, to be used towazds the annual maintenance and upkeep of the
3 Peanuts sculptures in Landmazk Plaza; and
5 WHEREAS, any unspent portion of this contribution shall remain in the Landmazk Plaza fund to be used towazds
6 iepair and maintenance in subsequent yeazs; and
8 WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are
9 available for appropriation, funds of $9,303.19 in excess of those estimated in the 2004 budget; and

11 WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the following additions be made to the 2004 budget:
