WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for paymenfi

WHEREAS tlie Clerk of Municipal Court has autfiorized overtime work
in tiis department during the period from June 1, 1968 to June 14, 1968
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Of£icers are &ereby suthorized to
pay the employees who perform such overtime work in accordance with
the provisions of Ordinance No. 6446 and No. 3250.
