COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, By the Coun.cil of the City of Saint Paul ,
that the Saint Paul Figure Skating Club be granted the use o-f
the Saint Paul Auditorium ice for the presentation of summer
skating shows the even.ings of July 13, July 20, July 26, July
27, August 17, August 24, 1968, on the following terms:
Al1 gross receipts from ticket sales (exclu–
sive of tax) to be credited to Auditorium
Fund No. 2400 with the exception of One
Hun.dred Twenty Dollars (�120.00) per show
which shall be paid the Saint Paul Figure
Skating Club. The Saint Paul Figure Skating
Club agrees to pay for the announ.cer, the
choreographer, wages of rehearsal pianist,
National Figure Skating Club sanctions , cos–
tumes, etc. to properly presen.t said shows.
The Auditorium agrees to provide the Arena
� (with ice) , tickets, ticket sales, attendant
service, stage help, orchestra and adver–
tising. �
The Saint Paul Figure Skating Club further
agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless
the City of Saint Paul from and against all
liability on account of claims for injury to
person or property connected with or arising
out of said use of the Auditorium, and that
it will procure and maintain at the Club' s
own cost and expense public liability and
property damage insurance covering the Glub
and the City as insured, in form approved
FORM APPROVED by the Corporation Coun.sel of the City of
Saint Paul, against liability on account of
����,-���� injury to person or property arising from or
Asst� Corporation Counsel connected with the said use of the Auditorium
hereunder, in the following amounts:
