OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OUNC L SO TION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE ATF In the Matter of the assessment for the wrecking and removal of a hazardous building located at 277 Kent Street in the City of Saint Paul and situated upon those pre— mises legally described as the South one—half of North 67. 25 feet of Lots 28, 29 and 30, Block 25, Mackubin and Marshall' s addition to `the city of St. Paul, according to the plat on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota. WHEREAS, Pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Coun.cil of the City of Saint Paul has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment by the City in wrecking and removing the hazardous building located at 277 Kent Street; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That t�ie proposed assessment roll, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby in all respects rati�ied, accepted and adopted, and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein; be it FIIR.THER RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and is hereby determined to be payable in one installment; be it FUR.THER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk shall forthwith trans— mit a certified copy of this assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the proper tax lists of the county, and such assessment shall be collected and pa' d over in the same manner as other munici— pal tages.
