WHEREAS, Pursuant to proper notice duly given as required
by law, the Coun.cil of the City of Saint Paul has met and heard and
• passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment by the City
in wrecking and removing the hazardous building located at 573--575
� • Aurora.; now, therefore, be it, ; ,
RESOLVED, That the proposed assessment roll, a copy of which
` ' is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby
in all respects ratified, accepted and adopted, and shall constitute
the special assessment agai�st. �he lands named therein; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and is hereby
determined to be payable in one installment; be it
FiTRTHER- RESOLVED, That the City Clerk shall forthwith trans—
�� mit a certif.ied copy of this assessment to the Coun.ty Auditor to be
egtended on the proper tag lists of the coun.ty, and such assessment
shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other munici—
pal taxes.
