; RESOLVED, that Edward Fitzgerald be paid the sum of
$438. 75 �ut of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in partial, settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his injury
of September 29 , 1955 , while employed by the Department of
Public Safety , Bureau of Police, whereby he suffered a
, pe�manent partial disability to his right hand presently
estimated at 5� ; that $438. 75 is now payable, subject to
; the final determination of his disability. "
