- The Council of the City of"St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
� upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
_ _ . 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
. is'hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � - - � .
_ . 2. That the nature of th�e improvement which the Council recommends is -

_ � to reco�nstruct the sidewalk on the west side of-Fry St. from Lafond Ave. to Thomas
� - Ane. and by doing all other work which_ is necessary and incidental to complete said
improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 per lin. ft. for 5' walk

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
