Kennedy; and WHEREAS, The Council desires all citizens of Saint Paul to join with it in observing a period of mourning for this great American; and WHEREAS, Sunday, June 9, �g68, has been designated by President Lyndon B. Johnson as a National day of mourning, Now,_ Therefore, be it RESOLVED� By the Council of the City of Saint Paul , that Sunday, June g, is hereby designated as a day of mourning for Senator Robert F.
