RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the City of Saint
Paul, Department of Public Works, Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota - One Utility Low Center of Gravity Tractor with flail mower and sickle bar
mower (Less allowance for Trade-ins) to MIDWAY TRACTOR � EQUIPMENT COMPANY for the
contract price of $4,716.13, in accordance with City specifications therefor and the
Formal Bid �k2876 of said Midway Tractor & Equipment Company, such bid being the on�ly:bid
received and said bidder being a reasonable and reliable one and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul.
