Whereas, Addition which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement
described as Sanitary Se�ver in IANDIN LANE from Lower Afton Road to McKnight Road
and MCKNIGHT ROAD from Londin �Lane Southerly 600 feet, Comptroller's Contract
L-6980, F. Morettini Construction Company, Contractor, have been provided for in
the Specifications, and �
Whereas, The final order for this sewer project as passed by the City._Council
provided for an additional 100 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer in McKnight Road as
requested by the property owner, and ,
Whereas, It has been found neceseary to make the following Addition:
ADDITION �
Furnish and install 8-inch V.C. pipe sewer° . . . L00 lin. ft. @ $6.76 = $676.00

Whereas, The total addition is $676.00 and the Commissioner of Fublic Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $676.00 is the correct sum to
be added to said contract; therefore be it
Resolved, That the City of St. P�aul through its City Council approves the
foregoing addition made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of
$676.00, said emount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the contract,
known as Comptroller's Contract L-6980, and which amount is to be financed by
assessment against benefitted property. "
