� WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
finds that it is in the best interests of the City to retain
the services of Bernard T. Holland at the conclusion of his
term as Commissioner of Public Utilities of this City for the
purpose of concluding certain matters of interest to the City
which he has been handling pertaining to air pollution con–
trol; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That Bernard T. Holland be continued as a
City employee at the egpiration of his term as City Commissioner
with coverage under the City' s health and welfare and insuran.ce
program during the months of June, July and August, 196s.
