WI�REAS, pursuant to Laws of Minnesota 1967, Chapter 797,
�said law having been rati.fied by the Council, Council File No.
233867, and the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County, File
No. 1622-175A, Resolution No. 9-8749, the Council is authorized
to designate the proper parties to execute material and supplies
contracts on its behalf; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Purchasin�gent and the Comptroller are
hereby designated and authorized o execute jointly aforesaid
contracts subject to the approval of the Corporation Counsel or
Assistant Corporation Counsel, except that upon motion of the
Mayor or any member of the Council no such contract shall be
executed until approved by the Council by a majority vote.
