Wf�REAS, pursuant to Laws of Minnesota 1967, Chapter 797,
said law having been ratified by the Council, Council File No.
233867, and the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County, File
No. 1622-175A, Resolution No. 9-8749, the Council is authorized
to waive requirements for performance bonds on certain contracts;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That no performance bond shall be required here-
after on any purchases by the City of material and supplies,
except where a bond is required in the discretion of the Purchasing
Agent, in which case he is authorized to specify the type and amount
thereof. �
