RESOLVED, That the plans and speciflcations for a traffic signal at
the intersection of Concord St. and the Lafayette Freeway (T.H. #56) as
submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works are hereby approved, and the
purchasing agent is hereby authorized to advertize for bids thereon, in
a manner provided in and by the Charter. The lump sum bid shall be the
basis for consideration of award of contract and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above traffic slgnal project
be financed from PIR Fund Code 6000, same fund to be relmbursed from Minn-
esota Highway Department Funds as per a City-State agreement #55759•
