structing sewer, water, and gas service connections; and by doing all other work , � ,

The assessment af � benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered sa,me
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it _
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had an said assessment on the 26th
day of June, 1968 , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
� give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
