� The Council of the .City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: - .
1. =That the said report and the sasne is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement '
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with: . � � '
- 2. That the nature of th� improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk and replace portions with integral curb and sidewalk
on both sides of University Avenue from St. Al�bans Street to ,Grotto Street and by
doing all other work which is necessarq and incidental to complete said improvement, � �
except�where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist -
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 p i�n ,ft for 5' wide walk ' •
