City of Saint Paul, Department of Publ'ic Works, Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale
Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, One - Model 4102-4E Ford Tractor with t-c�o Arps roto
f�ail snow blowers to MIDWAY TRACTOR & EQUIPMENT COMPANY for the contract price of
$5,586.39, in accordance with City Specifications therefor and the Formal Bid ��2877
ot said Midway Tractor & Equipment Company, such bid being the lowest bid meeting
specifications and said bidder being a resonable and reliable one and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor and
the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul, Formal Bid �2877.
