RESOLVID, That the Purchasing A$ent be authorized to delegate to the vaxious
equipment repaa.r facilities the authority to purchase on an emergency basis
automotive parts and associated supplies as are necessary to keep the various
types of motor driven equipment in operation. Such purchases axe to be
restricted to those items which the need for cannot b�s�i�eseen �nd the �
source of supply is to be approved by the Purchasing Agent. Such purchases
axe to be limited in amount to less tha.n $100.00 on ar�y one purchase and
$500.00 monthly from any one supplier. The authorized pick up order form
is to be used in purchasing such supplies and the payment for such purchases
is to be processed on the contract claim form, showing the pick up number
or numbers. �
