WHEREAS, the sum of One Hundred Dollars (�100.00) was
heretofore deposited with the Clerk of Municipal Court as
bail money to secure the appearance in Court of Terrance
D. Burke on February 21, 1968, to answer to a charge then
pending against him, and defendant ,�ailed to appear and bail
was forfeited; and '
��= WHEREAS, the failure of defendant to appear for trial
on the date specified for Court has been satisfactorily ac-
counted for, and the Honorable Stephen L. Magwell, one of
the Judges of said Court, has recom.mended that bail be
reinstated and returned to the person who provided said
bail; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City of ficers are
authorized to draw a warrant in the sum of One Hundred
Dollars (�100. 00) in favor of the Clerk of the Municipal
Court, to be refunded to Lillie Crevier, .;187 Robie S�eet,
St. Paul, Minnesota, the person who provided said bail for
the defendant.

Terrence D. Burke, by his Attorney, Louise Miller 0'Neil,
petitions the Cour� to reinstate the bail in the amount of One
Hundred ($100.00) Dollars which was forfeited by order of The
Honorable Stephen L. Maxwell, Judge of Municipal Cour�, bail
receipt No. 3273 on February. 21, 1968. The failure of the defen-
dant to appear for trial on the date specified for Cour� has been �
satisfactorily accounted for to the undersigned Judge.
ORDER
. Based upon the above petition, the Court orders the
bail forfeited on February 21, _1g68 in the amount of One Hundred '
