In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and' expenses for improving ARLINGTON
AVENiTE from Rice Street to Jackson Street by grading, paQing and curbing the roadbed
and the street, alley and driveway returns; by reconstructing pavement, curbing and
sidewalks where necessary; by constructing storm water drainage facilities; by con-
structing sewer, water and gas service connections where necessary; and by doing
all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.

RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved. `

�� day of 'June, 1968 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Fina.nce
