The Council of the City of St. Paul liaving received the report of th� Commissioner� of F�nance
_ upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: �
1. That the said r�eport and the same is he'reby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
• is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � .
• 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is °
to reconstruct the sidewalk and replace with integral curb and sidewalk on the �
southeast side of 8th St: from Olive St. to John St. and by doing all other w�rk
which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement. - � - - '
