1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement "

2. That the nature of the improvement wliich the Council recommends is � -
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the west side of Weide St. from Cook Ave. north to and '

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 238143 approved April 17th. 19 68
relative to reconstructin� the sidewalk on the west side of Weide St. from Cook Ave.
north to and includin� the allev and bv doin� all other work whaich is necessary
and incidental to complete said imnrovement. �
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
