The Council'of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner�of Finance `�
� upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:

� 1. That the said r�port and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
� - is hereby ordered to be-proceeded with. - , �
, 2. That the nature of the�improvement which the Council recommends is
to condemn and take a temporary easement for the purpose of constructing and main-
° taining a public sewer on Lot 5 and that part of Lot 4, Block 2, Auditor's Sub- . -
division No. 69, St. Paul, Minnesota lying west of a line co�encing at a point 10 _ �___

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 18th day of

House a.nd City Hall Building in the �ity of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of -
said meeting to_the pe�sons and in the m�}ner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of �
hearing, the nature of the improy,ement afrd the total cost thereof as estimated. ' ,
