Whereas, In connection with the construction of a new Traffic Control
System and Street Lights, and the removal of existing signals at the intersection
of Trunk Highway 61 and Burns Ave. the State of Minnesota, Department of .
Highways has agreed to construct this project and,
Whereas, The City of St. Paul and the State of Minnesota have entered into
a construcf�ion agreement No. 55175, which provides under item 4 for the City of
St. Paul to pay to the State the City's Share of the actual construction cost plus
6% of such share as the City's share of Engineering and Inspection and,
Whereas, the City's Share of the cost of this project in accordance with item
4 of the above stated agreement amounts to $13,780.00; now therefore be it�
Resolved, That the sum of $13,780.00 be paid to� the Commissioner of
Highways and this amount be charged to the Permanent Improvement,Revolving Fund,
Code 6000 and this same fund to be reimbursed from Mun�c�ipal State Aid Fund
64-216-01. , . '
