WHEREAS the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildi.ngs
has prepared plans for small parks at various locations in the Summit-University
area; and
WHEREAS, in order to carry out these plans it will be necessary to use the
surfacing of two (2) existi.ng streets abutting the park areas,
NO� THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following streets be closed for
a period of three (3) years, with the provision that said closing may be extended
for a longer period should the need for the parks still exist at that time:
(1) Grotto Street from the southerly line of Concordia south to the northerly
line of the alley midway in the block.
(2) Fisk Street from the northerly li.ne of St. Anthony Avenue north to the .-
� southerly line of the alley midway in the block.
