WHEREAS, The Coun.cil of the City of Saint Paul, by resolution, C. F. No. 234822, approved August 29, 1967, did have a hearing before its honorable body on September 14, 1967 , to consider the necessity of ordering the wrecking and remov�l of the hazardous building located at 277 Kent Street in the Ca�ty of Saint Paul; and at said hearing the Council found and determined that the buildinglocated at 277 Kent Street constituted a hazardous building and that the same should be wrecked and removed; and � WHEREAS, The record own.er of the property at 277 Kent Street, Flora D.
