; 1g67, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 275 (a) of the Charter of
the City of St. Paul, the Commissioner of Public Works submitted to the
City Comp�roller and the Connty Auditor a report showing the total cost
of sprinkling, oiling a.nd �lushing to be in the amount of $1,004,000.00,
t'ogether with a certification of sprinkling, oiling and �lushing rates.
At�ID WHEREAS, said certification included a.n assessment for street
oiling as follows•

ArID WHEREAS, said Parcel, because twenty (20) feet of the Porty
(40) foot parcel�had been acquired by the State for Highway purposes, �
should have been assessed at $3.00. i '
NOW 7�iERE'�ORE BE IT RFSOLVED, that the assessment of $6.00 for
atreet oiling levied against the parcel of real estate shown above, be
reduced to $3.00, and �'
BE IT FURTH�t RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be certified
to the Ramsey County Auditor, and
BE IT FITR�ER RESO�,VID, that the Ramsey County Auditor be, a.nd hereby '
