RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
with the consent of the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation
� and Public Buildings , does hereby authorize the Department � of
Public Works to construct, operate and maintain a public storm
water sewer in, under and over a portion of Phalen Park, more
particularly described as follows :
A permanent easement twenty (20) feet in
width on, un.der, across and through that
part of the South %2 of the Southeast %4
of Section 21, Town.ship 29 North, Range 22
West, lying easterly of Phalen Fieights
Park, except 66—foot Waterworks right—of—
way across said portion of said Southeast
%4, the center line of said easement being
described as follows:
_ Beginning at a point that is the inter—
section of the center line of the alley in
r� Block 5, Phalen Heights Park, and the east
property line, produced, of Lot 11, Block
5, Phalen Heiights Park; thence north—
� easterly a distance of 300 feet more or
less to Lake Phalen, on a line making an
angle of 82°30� with said alley center
line produced to the east. Also, temporary
. construction easements 15 feet in width in
the hereinbefore described lands, 'said tem—
porary construction easements being on. each
side of and._ immediately adj acent to the
