RESOLVED, that Frank Mariano be paid the sum of $787.50
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of� the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of St. Paul
for compensation resulting from. his injury, of March, 28, 1967 ,
while in the emp].oy of the Department ot Public Safety, Bureau
, � of Police , whereby he suffered a 5� permanent partial disability
,�. to his back in addition to a previous 10� disability to the back ;
' that of said sum, $787.50 is now due and payable.
