SVf�REAS, The Metropolitan Mosquito Control Commission desires
to avail itself of certain data processing services pres.ently available
to it through the Data process,ing Departmen� of the County of Ramsey,
and whereby the County of Ramsey and the City of Sai.nt Paul have by joint
agreement between them dated the 30th day of August, 1965, provided for
the performance of certain. data processing £unctions on a mutual basis,
with appropriations and funds provided joi.n�ly for this purpose into a
� fund known and described as the City-County Services Fund; and
WHEREA5, This aforesaid joi.nt agreement between the City of
5aint Paul and the County of Ramsey provides £or the purchase of data
processing services; and
WHEREAS, These services are available to the joint bodies
through the Data Processing Department of the County of Ramsey; now,
there£ore, be it
rttESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
to execute said joint agreement on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.

the enclosed agreement between the City of St. Paul and the County of Ramsey,
as evidenced by the County Board Resolution �9-9179, File 1653, copy of which
