The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Counci�l known as Council File No. 238040 approved April lOth. 1968
relative to �reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Bradley St. from Cook Ave.
to Magnolia Ave and by don:ng all other work which is necessary and incidental to�
complete said improvement.
