WfIEREAS, Mazk Gergen & Associates Inc., 18004 Jacquard Path, Lakeville, MN 55044-6625, are the oumexs and developers of
the property at 766 Hall Avenue, on the east side of Hall Avenue, at Curtice Street, described on the following "Attachment A' ;
WIIEREAS, the property is being developed as "City View Addifion" with twelve (12) townhouse units;
WHEREAS, the site provides insufficient public street frontage to allow for huelve (12} addresses on Hall Avenue;
WHEREA5, the developers aze construcfing a private street as shown on "Attachment A" to provide access to the townhouses;
WHEREAS, the developers wish to name this private street as CITY VIEW LANE and have their townhouses addressed off this
street; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the private street as shown on "Attachment A," shall hereafterbe known and designated as CITY VIEW LANE
and sha11 remain a privately owned street; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Department of Public Works shall issue house num6ers for the homes using City View Lane as the designated
street name; and be it fimher
RESOLVED, that the developers andfor their successors in interest shall install and maintain house numbers on the homes in
accordance with Chapter 71 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code; and be it further
RESOLVED, tUat the developers and/or their successors in interest shall conshuct and maintain the proposed private sheet, at their
own cost and expense, and confinue to maintain in a clear and unobshucted manner to provide access for all vehiculaz traffiq
including emergency services vehicles; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the developer and/or its successors in interest shall construct and maintain at their own wst and expense the
necessary signing oFthe private street, to be lrnown as City View Lane, to the satisfaction of the DepaRment of Public Works.
