, RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the a�aard of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for fur�nishing all labor, materials and equip-
ment necessary for the work outlined below, for a period of one year, commencing
on the date of the award of contract, for the City of Saint Paul, Department of
Public Works, Maintenance 3ervices, to LITTLE BUILDING MAINTENANGE COMPANY for the
contract price of approximately $756.00 (at unit prices bid), in accordance with
City specifications t�efor and the Informal Bid �k1947 of said Little rBuilding
Maintenance Company, such bid being the lowest and said Little Building Maintenance
Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City of Saint Paul. ,
