RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and installing CT-2 Combination
two track windows for the Department of Public Safety at the following Fire Stations:
No.S, 860 Ashland Avenue No. 17, 1226 Payne Avenue
No.7, 1038 Ross Avenue No. 23, 1290 No. Snelling Avenue, Saint Paul, Minn.
to COLE-SEWELL ENGINEERING COMPANY for the contract price of $1,787.52, in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attach�d and the Formal Bid ��2845 of said
Cole-Sewell Engineering Company, such bid being the lowest and said Company being
a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draft the proper form of Contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
