WHEREAS, Belair Corporation has requested permission
to construct a public sewer and private water main, all in a
public easement, said public sewer and water main to serve the
west one-half (W.�/2) of the Southwest quarter (S.W.�/4) of the
��o�uthwest quarter (S.W.%4) of the Southeast quarter (S.E.�/4) and
the Westerly sixty-four and twenty-six one-hundredths (W' ly 64. 26)
feet of the East one-half (E.�/2) of the Southwest one-quarter
(S.W.%4) of the Southwest one-quarter (S.W.�/4) of the Southeast
one-quarter (S.E.�/4) except the Southerly one hundred seventy-
three (S' ly 173) feet thereof, all in Section 22, Town.ship 29,
Range 22; and
WHEREAS, The construction of the public sewer and private
water main as soon as possible is a matter of extreme urgency and
necessity to said Belair Corporation; and
WHEREAS, An ordinance, C. F. No. 238295, granting per-
mission to said Belair Gorporation to proceed with the construction
of said public sewer and private water main has been prepared and
introduced to the Coun.cil of the Gity of Saint Paul on April 25,
1968, and has been-read before said Gouncil, with eventual adoption
set to occur on May 10, 1968; now, therefore, be it
� RESOLVED, That in vi�ew of the 'eatr-em-e urgency of the -r�equest;•
the Commissioner of Public Works and the Board of Water Commissioners
of the City of Saint Paul are hereby authorized and directed to issue
permits to Belair Corporation for the construction of a public sewer
and private water main, all in a public easement, said public sewer
and water main to serve the west one-half W.%2) of the Southwest
quarter S.W. 4 of the Southwest quarter � S.W.%4) o� the Southeast
quarter �S.E.�43 and the Westerly sigty-four and twen.ty-six one-
hundredths (W' ly 64. 26) feet of the East one-half (E.�/2) of the
Southwest one-quarter (S.W.%4) of the Southwest one-quarter (S.W.%4)
of the Southeast one-quarter (S.E.�4) except the Southerly one hundred
seventy-three (S' ly 173) feet thereof, all in Section 22, Township
29, Range 22, subject to the same conditions and requirements as set
out in the ordinance, C. F. No. 2382g5, pending before the Council of
